  In October 2024, I had nasal septum and sinus surgery at the hospital in Kluczbork, and I must say one thing – complete professionalism, warmth, and patient care at the highest level! The entire ENT department deserves enormous recognition. The nurses are true angels – always smiling, helpful, and incredibly empathetic. Every question, every request – everything is handled with kindness and understanding. It's clear they work with their hearts, not out of obligation. ❤️ I extend my special thanks to Dr. Karolina Ragala, who performed my procedure. She is a doctor with extensive knowledge, precision, and a patient-centered approach, which is truly rare these days. She explained everything thoroughly, allayed my concerns, and made sure I felt safe and calm – both before and after the surgery. The results of the procedure are excellent, and I can finally breathe normally. I wholeheartedly recommend the ENT department at the hospital in Kluczbork to anyone who needs professional care, empathy, and a human touch. People like this in the healthcare sector are truly worth appreciating! 🙌💐

  Today, July 22nd, my life was saved. Brought by ambulance from another hospital with a massive heart attack, I was taken straight to the operating room. The coronary angiography and angioplasty were performed professionally, and the staff were qualified and incredibly friendly. Thank you ♥️

  I was in the cardiology department on April 9-10, 2025. I had a coronary angiography performed by the wonderful Dr. Marcin Wojtczak. Thank you very much – the procedure was performed efficiently and without complications using a wrist approach. I felt safe and very well cared for before, during, and after the procedure. The doctor explained everything in detail and recommended further steps. I am also very grateful to the staff who took care of me during my stay in the department. In particular, the woman and the man (with long hair) who took very empathetic care of me during the preparations for the procedure, ensuring my comfort. I was very pleasantly surprised because the ENTIRE staff took VERY GOOD care of me – professionally, warmly, and with empathy. I extend my sincere thanks to all of you, Maria Długosz.

  Recently, our mother was in this hospital in the internal medicine ward, and we are in shock. The nurses and the head doctor from Ukraine are so unkind and incompetent that it's heartbreaking. It's simply embarrassing. The head doctor is absolutely terrible. He never shows up, he's always running out of time, and he procrastinates. We asked the doctor what her condition was, and she told us to leave her alone because she had to work another 18 hours and wasn't our psychologist for problem-solving. The next day, I was with my mother, saw she wasn't breathing, and ran to the nurses' station. They told me she wouldn't be breathing for a while. Every second counted. While waiting for the doctors in my mother's room, no one came. I ran for them again. They said, "Let's go." They entered the room and said, "Nothing can be done, no help, no resuscitation, and my mother died. They treat people worse than animals. They should be working at a supermarket, not a hospital where people are treated. It's better to die at home than in this hospital. No tests, they only know how to administer ibuprofen. fever.
