  Amazing support from KLAUDIA at the reception desk! 1) She found me on the spot another visit since doctor deleted at the last moment (can happened). 2) She printed me 2 documents related to Medicover (she didn't have to, but it was very nice from her side). 3) She found me a perfect slot for the follow up visit. I couldn't ask more :)

  I visited today for flu symptoms and consulted Dr. Magdalena Zubka. She is an amazing doctor who listened carefully and provided great support. The nurses were also very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

  I had an appointment with Liudmyla (4241758 in the central database of physicians). I was horrified. She did 5 seconds of examination. She claimed that no scans were needed because she is so experienced that she can tell immediately if everything was good or not. A scan done at Medicover Hospital and a report by the technician, of course, proved Liudmyla miserably wrong. I don't recommend her. I think she doesn't have a znany lekarz profile because she knows that everyone would write bad reviews. I won't go to her again, because I don't trust her as a doctor. I filed a complaint, because in my opinion, she is gaslighting patients, and the clinic must know about it. Update: my response to the comment: I already submitted a reklamacja. There was an initial response but I don't know how it ended. So feel free to take another look at it if you want to talk to Dr. Liudmyla about making a positive change to her mindset and in the quality of her medical skill.

  I feel really disappointed about my last visit. I came to do some tests and showed my Bulgarian blue card to the receptionist. And the first thing she said when she saw my card (together with the other receptionist lady) was that I have no rights to be in Poland :) So I was forced to explain that I applied and I’m waiting for my polish documents. They asked for proof of that: either passport or paper stating that I applied. I didn’t have passport with me (I already visited Medicover for a couple of times and my Bulgarian blue card was always enough). I suggested to show photos of passport but they rudely refused. I understand that probably it is necessary to show both passport and blue card, but I’m pretty sure there was other way to say that rather than accusing me of being an illegal foreigner. When later other much more polite lady registered me for another visit (30 minutes later) they barely looked at my passport (and of course didn’t check the stamp). So I wonder was it really that necessary, considering that I’m even insured at Medicover by my employer. And why Medicover wants to check the status of my immigration? As a result I left the center much later and very stressed

  The centrum is very well located, easy access, and private parking. The reception was quite fast, but the doctors visit wasn't on time unfortunately. I had the consultation set for 8am, I arrived 7:30 and was attended at 8:30 only. Apart of that, the doctors are helpful.
