It is supposed to be a place where calmness and peace should be all the time to ease visitors, while this time - Saturday, May 10, two ladies at front desk were discussing their personal things so loud that it was unbearable to stay in the lobby area. Very unprofessional

The appointed doctor declined service right in the office. This man wasted my working day, put in jeopardy my working contract signing. Actions will follow. Unprofessional behaviour Dr. Kozlowski And it was my first visit to Medicover. Can't imagine what's going on there on a daily basis

I had a very negative experience with the working hours in this office. It's written in Google that the office is opened from 8am to 2pm on Saturday. The banner next to the entrance confirms that. However, the office was closed when I came there on Saturday (19.08.2023). Surprisingly, it was written on the main door of the center that Saturday is a day off. The official medicover site contains the very opposite information about its working hours too. Sunday is mentioned as working day from 8am to 2pm. However, when I came there on Sunday (20.08.2023) morning it was again closed. As a result, I have wasted the weekend mornings trying to get inside. Obviously, they didn't picked up the phone when I was calling them. Honestly, I can't recommend the medical centre for visitors if they don't value the time of their clients.

Our pre-paid visit to the pediatrician for my 2-year-old daughter, who had a 39C fever, was cancelled by the doctor because we were 8 minutes late. Just to reiterate, we had paid for the visit, we arrived at the clinic with a very ill toddler, and we were refused even to see the doctor. I'm just speechless. The receptionist advised us to call 500 900 550 for a refund (as she couldn't see if there were any other doctors available) but they are not picking up the phone. This is the worst attitude towards patients I've ever seen.

I went today for ultrasound to the doctor 'Malarczyk-Staszewska Magdalena'. She is characterized by a lack of empathy and arrogance. The way of communication and the attitude towards the patient leaves much to be desired. She was very rude. My visit time last 3 minutes, in this time I didn't speak anything except the one word answer asked by the doctor. She also didn't give ultrasound printouts which always attached with the paper. I have visited most of the Medicover centers in Wroclaw but never experienced such behavior of doctor. It was a very unpleasant visit. I understand that sometimes you can have a worse day, but not to treat the patient like that.
