They don’t really warn you about how to prepare for the test, I wasted my morning going there just to be told I had to stay there for 2 hours. Which of of course didn’t work with my work and schedule. I was referred by ginekolog (Anna Wyszyńska) who didn’t mention anything and then reception lady who said it was a simple blood draw (which is usually a minute or so). I even asked… basically don’t rely of staff, not thoughtful enough. just check on internet everything. Frustrating. They have so much potential though

Doctors are good, efficient. Staff less so. But the offices are inside the single worst-designed building I have EVER had the terrible misfortune to enter. Very little in way of signs (it’s on the first floor, above the Medicover Apteka). Spent 15 minutes trying to park and another 15 trying to find the office I was looking for, so was late to my appointment. Ridiculous. Awful. Two stars because I had a nice doctor. But the building is a maze.

Wanted to share my opinion as I found what others wrote to be not true during my visit. I was nervous about parking but once you get there and you enter the parking garage (sooooooooo many spaces,plus bonus, when with kids they have dedicated spot RIGHT BESIDE the Medicover entrance) there are BIG signs pointing towards Medicover. If my non polish speaking husband can figure it out, so can you! Once you park and go to the directed elevators , you literally walk into the elevator and look at the panel and low and behold a Medicover well labelled sign indicating what floor to go to. Doors open and again you go left or right and you end up at a Medicover counter. You enter, there are two machines available which doesn't require you to even talk to anyone and it points you in the direction you need to go. Two ladies were available to speak to when you entered as the machines were busy. I was 10min early to my appointment, spoke to them got my room number and off we went with my sick son. Dr. Paliga was amazing and very understanding and patient with my son. Nothing but praise for this location. No idea why so many weird negative comments.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. Especially the receptionist/specialist at the front desk Mateusz Demianiuk, was very helpful and went out of the way to help resolve the system issues. Mateusz identified what the problem was and also gave me an alternative solution. I have never received such good service in any other Medicover centre, both the doctor and the specialist were very helpful. I would strongly recommend this Medicover centre.
