  I'm only giving it a three because there are some good doctors and nurses there. However, the biggest problem, in my opinion, is that the receptionists are not nice at all; they are very rude and impolite. This is a big problem. Some doctors also lack empathy for patients and seem to not care.

  Doctor P. Postula works at the clinic, a wonderful doctor, very nice, polite, kind, he explains everything well and looks at problems very carefully, from every possible angle.

  The clinic has its pros and cons. The nurses are wonderful, especially those who vaccinate and draw blood from babies. I'm very sad that Dr. Świderska is no longer seeing her. I had complete confidence in her; she's a wonderful, knowledgeable pediatrician. I agree with the comments that it's sometimes difficult to get through and make an appointment. I have the impression that there's a high staff turnover. Overall, I recommend it.

  The staff is very friendly and easygoing. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of with such a large number of patients. Dr. Piotr Gutknecht is one of the most empathetic and dedicated doctors I've ever met. He never leaves a patient alone. He truly takes a genuine interest in his patients. It's worth calling first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment.

  The nurses were wonderful, fully professional and performed their job reliably, although the reception and Dr. Łukasiewicz should not have the title of doctor. When I came in a state of AURA, a pre-epileptic state, with terrible abdominal pain, no help was given to me in any way, I was not even laid down. The doctor stood there and did not know what to do, so he sent me to the reception, where I was of course calmly instructed that I had entered before the queue and had the right not to be accepted. The lady at the reception did not even bother to check my condition.
