It's a shame no one answers the front desk. The clinic probably doesn't need new patients. Getting through to the front desk is next to impossible. When you do get through, the front desk lady isn't exactly friendly. The patient (or rather, the customer, since visits are private and paid) is treated like a necessary evil here.

It would be 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the receptionist is constantly busy. I've been calling since 12 noon, and at 12 noon, the phone is busy. I immediately hear a ringtone, hoping I'll get through, and then, poof, busy, I jump in. I don't know if the receptionist is actually talking to someone on the phone or if she's just saying the line is busy because she doesn't want to answer. The doctors are fine, we're happy, but the receptionist should find a new job.

Getting through to registration is bordering on a miracle – there's a signal, but no one answers. After two hours of trying, I gave up because it's a complete failure.

Getting through on the phone is bordering on a miracle. Three weeks ago, I was supposed to bring my child for a checkup, and so far, I haven't even managed to get through to the registration desk. When someone kindly answers, I get the feeling the lady is unhappy about having to sit there, which is a bummer... The doctor is okay.

One star is already too much, there's a retired woman at the reception desk who's answering all the calls, getting through is almost impossible, she either rejects the call or doesn't answer, and when it's one minute after 5 p.m. there's an answering machine...
