  A 15 min urology consultation costs 280 zł. That's quite expensive! Unfortunately, the prescribed treatment didn't resolve the issue. I sent the taken test results, as advised by the doctor through ZnanyLekarz, but there has been no review. The communication has been disappointing.

  Doctors here do not speak english even though the receptionist told me they do. Waiting for my turn took a long time eventhough i arrived at the agreed upon time, and the doctors advice was less than adequate. In conclusion, would not recommend. The price to see a general practitioner for 5-10 minutes was 120 zloty. For this money I am sure there are better clinics in Warsaw.

  If you’re foreigner, and do not speak polish, avoid this place. Rude recepcionist, old lady on the third floor, she surely doesn’t like non-polish people, because with other polish people she was very nice. speaking about language, when i called they said that doctor speaks english, but it turned out she doesn’t. i needed immediate help from doctor, because i should take some antibiotics. i offered her to describe my complaints about my health by using the google translator, but she didn’t even tried to help me. dear administration you should teach your specialists some basic english, in order not to waste patient’s and your time as well.

  I have never seen such a rude receptionist since I left Russia. And even in Russia those usually are low-income people with hard work, which kind of excuses them - not private medical clinic stuff. First, they pretended not to be able to speak English at all, luckily I know a dozen words in Polish. Then when they wanted money their English appeared to be really good. I would never believe somebody would do something like this if I wasn't there myself. I just wasted my time there and never received medical help that I needed quite urgently.

  I arrived in Warsaw on the 75th anniversary of Auschwitz. I went to this medical center because of acute pain. None of the doctors speak English. I tried to organize a translation into Polish through Google translator. But the doctor said that she would not serve the foreigner ... They refused to return the money ... Nowhere in the world have I encountered such a thing. Unfortunately, nothing has changed in the minds of some Poles ...
