The staff is very friendly and helpful. And Paulina, the physiotherapist, is a true miracle worker. After one visit, she spotted an abnormality that several orthopedists hadn't noticed in years of my visits, which helped me get rid of chronic shoulder pain. One visit was also enough to eliminate my back pain (previously, I was swallowing handfuls of ketonal and the hospital was full of people).

Some time ago, I visited a dermatologist with skin lesions and acne. The first thing the doctor told me to undress, which of course I didn't do. After refusing, the doctor became rude and rude. As a treatment, in addition to numerous medications, he recommended not washing for several days. After hearing about the acne, he glanced at me and grimaced. The medications didn't help, and after consulting another dermatologist, his diagnosis was incorrect. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, especially this "specialist."

It's a tragedy. My daughter and I went to a dermatologist because she had spots all over her body. The doctor said it was chickenpox! A dermatologist! Today, my daughter and I went to a family doctor because after using a product, it got even worse – it turned out it was a chemical allergy, not chickenpox! The dermatologist at Andomed charged us 200 PLN for a misdiagnosis! Shameful! We will never go there again! We strongly advise against it. This is the second time this facility has failed, and it will be the last! We do not recommend it!

Beware of Dr. Kowal. This doctor is rude, boorish, and utterly devoid of manners. Today I visited him for 180 złoty. He treated me like garbage. When I asked him to change his tone, he stood up and told the receptionist to give me my money back. I last experienced such rudeness during the communist era, when you were a customer to the woman at the counter. I still can't believe such people are employed in private clinics. I didn't expect empathy, but when a doctor treats a patient condescendingly, without the slightest respect or a shred of manners, no amount of academic qualifications will help.
