The clinic is clean and modern inside. Access is via a potholed asphalt road, a quasi-driveway, and there are no street signs. It's difficult to find the clinic the first time. The doctor performing the ultrasound was very helpful and approachable. The reception staff was not very pleasant. A plus: the clinic is accessible, with a restroom adapted for people with disabilities.

I booked an appointment with a pneumonia specialist for 6:00 PM (March 5, 2026). It's 7:00 PM, and there's still someone ahead of me. I waited patiently. The man left, and I tried to go in, but the doctor called the woman behind me by name. I explained that I was the one who was there, "Not now, ma'am, by name." Honestly, I was surprised by the treatment, especially since I'm an elderly person. I didn't go to the public health service, but to a private one for a set fee. I was so disgusted that I decided not to see this doctor. If the doctor's behavior had been more appropriate, I would have waited.

It was a complete disaster. I was booked in for an endocrinologist twice. First, the appointment was canceled and the reason was "Patient Withdrawal," which wasn't the case, as the clinic itself canceled the appointment. After a few months and another call, I was re-booked, only to discover that someone had mistakenly registered an adult with a pediatrician. After that, the only suggestion from the clinic for a new appointment was "please call in March." Several months wasted waiting for an appointment that ultimately never happened. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, I have to describe a very unpleasant situation. The appointment in question is necessary for a second time because the previous test was performed incorrectly and I need to repeat it. This alone was stressful for me, but the way this appointment was organized unfortunately only made matters worse. I had an appointment scheduled for December 8th, 5:15 PM. That same day, I received a call asking for confirmation, and only after confirmation was received was I informed that a "small change" was pushing the appointment to 4:00 PM, or possibly 4:30 PM. I work until 4:00 PM and commute from Łódź, so it's absolutely impossible for me to be able to show up at that time. What surprised me most, however, was the way this was presented. The doctor explained that he had few patients that day and wouldn't wait the entire scheduled appointment time. I find it difficult to understand why the patient should be held accountable for the fact that the schedule wasn't filled. After all, the patient doesn't set the appointment times. Instead of offering to reschedule my appointment, I was informed that the doctor hadn't yet released any appointments and that I had to call to find out when they would become available. My only "option" was to cancel the appointment—even though it wasn't my fault the original appointment had become unavailable. I was also told, in a tone suggesting I should be happy that at least I wouldn't have to go through the PZU procedure again. The whole thing sounded like yet another absurdity in a situation that was already burdensome for me. The communication was chaotic, unpleasant, and completely unprofessional. I had to repeat the test due to the clinic's error, yet I was treated in a way that only increased my stress and feeling of helplessness. After this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this clinic.
