I was in the clinic today for a consultation, it's an amazing place where you feel in good hands since the first seconds. All ladies were so nice, from reception, nurse and doctor. Dr Malinowska was so gentle and kind, she took time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend this clinic :)

I highly recommend this facility; we were pleasantly surprised by the receptionists and the midwife. I especially recommend Dr. Paweł Świetlicki. He's a wonderful doctor by vocation, very kind and friendly. I felt very well cared for. The doctor was very thorough in his examination and was very keen to check everything as thoroughly as possible. Even though the baby wasn't cooperating, the doctor conducted the examination calmly and in a pleasant atmosphere, doing everything he could to ensure a successful outcome. He explained everything to us as the midwife did. We highly recommend him :)

This wasn't the first time I'd had the pleasure of being examined by Dr. Zachare. She was completely professional, thorough, and understanding. It's no coincidence that I choose this doctor for my prenatal checkups every time I'm pregnant. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I saw Dr. Świetlicka, and both appointments were on time, and most of the issues I came in with were discussed. The ultrasound with another doctor was also okay, conducted in a friendly atmosphere, without delays. I wish the reception service was at the same level as visits to the doctor's office, because I once had a receptionist answer the phone while I was giving out cash, and after entering, during my three visits, I never once heard "hello, please sit down/come in"—anything. And if there were two women, they were talking to each other.

A very unprofessional approach to patients. At the reception desk, I encountered arrogant behavior from the receptionist, who informed me that I had received a text message about the delay. I should point out that the text message arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, and I didn't even have time to read it because I was on my way to the clinic. Two patients were already waiting ahead of me, so the delay was at least half an hour. No apology or other offer—just sit down and wait, and maybe they'll see you—failed.
