On December 13, 2025, I arrived for a checkup at Biovena in Ożarów Mazowiecki. Below is my comment from Biovena's Facebook page. I'll just add that the facility was closed, and this information was posted on the company's Facebook page. Ladies and Gentlemen, posting the information that Biovena in Ożarów Mazowiecki will be closed on December 13, 2025, solely on Facebook is a disrespectful act. Today, from 8:00 a.m., a line of people of all ages, not all of whom use Facebook, was waiting in front of Biovena's office. There was no notice on the clinic door announcing the facility was closed. The same was not found on the clinic's website. Biovena's insurance partners were also not notified. I called PZU, with whom Biovena has a contract, and was told that the facility was... open. I consider this behavior to be a scandalous lack of respect for patients, which is all the more strange considering this is a facility that provides its services for a fee. I wasted my time and frustration because someone didn't have time to print a notice, post a comprehensive website notice, and inform their clients. I emphasize once again that I consider this behavior to be a scandalous lack of respect for the people who—to put it bluntly—pay your salaries.

It's probably hard to find such an unreliable and patient-unfriendly clinic. I requested compounded medication on December 19, 2025. Today, January 5, 2026, the prescription is still missing. I can't get through by phone either; they're probably just waiting me out, hoping that the lack of medication will get me out of this vale of tears and I won't bother them again. This isn't the first time, so I'll simply avoid their services and advise others to do the same.

A definite 1/5 I highly do not recommend. Mutual animosity between staff affects both the service and the patients. It's a toxic environment, with zero willingness to help. It's not even about simple human kindness anymore, but about fulfilling the minimum obligations. Rude comments. Absolutely disgusting.

On Monday, during her appointment, Dr. Żółtowska told the patient he had three days off work: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. His boss told him he was supposed to come in on Wednesday and only had two days off work. So what's the deal? Did she make a mistake, or was it intentional? From the very beginning, when he came to the doctor, he was met with comments like, "Oh, you don't feel like going to work, do you?"... pathetic.
