My husband, Waldemar, received rehabilitation services at the Medicus Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center in Chocianów. He is very satisfied. The physical therapy treatments have brought the desired improvement in his health. The therapists approach patients individually, with great empathy, kindness, and professionalism, striving to the extent possible to help them regain physical fitness, which has deteriorated due to the natural aging process or injuries. The manager and the entire team, including the woman who manages office matters on the computer, deserve words of recognition and respect. It's clear that the staff of the Rehabilitation Department at CDT Medicus in Chocianów treat their work, performed with complete dedication, as a noble mission to help others. The rehabilitation conditions are good; it's clean, bright, and spacious. Perhaps the owner of CDT Medicus could equip the facility with new equipment, providing even better rehabilitation opportunities? The facility seems to have the necessary facilities.

The nurses are very kind and communicative. I always leave the lab visit completely satisfied. They have an empathetic, professional approach and skills. As for registering with a better doctor, unfortunately, they have no control over the large number of patients. Priority is given (which is important to understand) to people who have been waiting outside the clinic for 5-6 hours. I've never had a problem registering on the phone either. They even call back if we don't get through. And that's how it is in many clinics – too many patients!

It's time to refer the matter to the Ombudsman or the Ministry. It's outrageous that registering with a doctor is a problem. We can't allow sick people to wait outside a clinic for 6 or 7 hours. Please implement 21st-century solutions, including telephone and website services. Registration days in advance should be possible. We need to expand or contract.
