  I visited the place for blood testing. Receptionist failed to ask me for my PESEL number; as a result laboratory rejected the sample completely. I need to redo everything. Waste of time and blood.

  A hopeless approach to clients. Medical records are lost in the system, which crashed during the visit. Dr. Julia from Ukraine refuses to renew a prescription and finishes work at 4 p.m. I've been requesting a prescription extension for four days, each of which I've contacted the hotline, and none of my requests for help have been granted. I have epilepsy and urgently need medication. Nobody cares because four consultations with consultants took so long that I've reached 6 p.m., and of course, no one works for the National Health Fund anymore. Dr. Julia from Ukraine has no common sense or knowledge of Polish regulations governing ADHD medication treatment. Fearing scrutiny, she doesn't care about the patient and the embarrassment of CMP as a professional service provider. This is a disgusting approach, placing her own irrational fears and self-protection above the patient's well-being. Lack of epilepsy medication risks a seizure. No one has responded for four days. A disgrace. Pathetic. She absolutely refuses to provide any service CMP claims to provide. I'm resigning from my primary care declaration and I have no intention of ever contacting you again. I've never encountered such pathetic negligence, stupidity, lack of knowledge of regulations, and a patient portal that no one at CMP knows how to use properly, rendering it useless. Julia from Ukraine, of course, doesn't have email, won't approach the reception desk, and is banned. Let the patient worry because it's the weekend. Absolutely never again. You've been completely discredited, and you'll have the opportunity to read your reviews elsewhere, as I intend to share my experiences with a wide range of potential CMP patients.

  The best clinic I've ever been registered with! I've been going here for a year and a half and always encounter great empathy and understanding, and the staff is truly incredibly helpful! Referrals, prescriptions, and vaccinations are all available immediately. There are plenty of preventative programs available right away. Doctor appointments are available today—if you can't make an appointment through the patient portal, the receptionist will always advise you what time to come so you can squeeze me in if you need an urgent appointment. The patient portal is also a great solution. You can see all your appointments, referrals, and tests, order prescriptions, and, most importantly, upload your documents/results so the doctor has access to everything during your appointment, without having to carry a whole binder. I recommend CMP to all my friends, and several people have already booked appointments with them (in other locations)—we're all very happy.

  I've only been a patient at this department for a month, and all my questions are handled so pleasantly and politely. Appointments are very quick, the first appointment is conducted competently, and they listen to the patient. Dr. Szymon is always helpful and friendly, and prescribes thorough examinations. The receptionists are always helpful and help me get everything I need done quickly. Even with my minimal knowledge of English, everything is clear to me thanks to the friendly reception staff. Thank you for your hard work and responsiveness.🫶

  For the first time in my life, I can honestly recommend any medical facility. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Faliszewska was incredibly kind and empathetic. She suggested a treatment that the previous doctor had rejected, and surprisingly, the results are there! A heartfelt thank you to the blonde nurse; no one has drawn my blood so quickly and non-invasively (and I'm more scared than a child) than she has! Definitely the best clinic in this part of Warsaw. I recommend it!
