  I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The nurses showed incredible kindness and incredible patience during my son's blood draw, as he was very anxious and difficult to work with. Thanks to their calmness and empathy, everything went smoothly. The receptionists were also incredibly polite and helpful. I've never encountered such friendly and professional staff.

  The doctor was great, but I'm giving 2 stars for the reception service: Today I had an appointment with the National Health Fund (NFZ). The receptionist tried to rip me off for 170 PLN for the appointment. Instead of assigning me to their facility, they claimed that since I wasn't assigned, I had to pay – even though I was eligible for insurance. After I protested, the receptionist assigned me to the system with one click, and the appointment was free. Be careful!

  I don't recommend this clinic, especially one covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ) as a primary care clinic. The clinic doesn't meet the standards regulated by contracts with the National Health Fund (NFZ). Yesterday, I tried to schedule an appointment with a pediatrician for my sick child. At the reception desk, I was informed that there were no appointments available. Not today, but never. Tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, a week later, etc. When I asked when the next available appointment was, the woman replied that there were never any. I understand that there are central guidelines not to register sick children with the National Health Fund (NFZ). I have never encountered such a violation of patient rights in any clinic.

  I wanted to share my opinion on the work of the two (I think) new receptionists working at the CMP on Ogrodowa Street in Józefosław. They're so kind and smiling that when you open the door, you feel welcomed. The women are professional and positive about various patient requests, which I observed while waiting in line. I asked for their names. They are Magdalena and Angelika. It would be great if they stayed at this CMP department for a while, as I've noticed, there's a lot of turnover. Oh, if only it were like that everywhere... An effortless smile instantly lifts your spirits.

  A place worth recommending. The receptionists are very helpful and knowledgeable. Services are available under the National Health Fund (NFZ) and privately. Care is available for children and adults. Our entire family benefits from pediatric and internal medicine care, as well as the National Health Fund's "My Health" package. Laboratory testing is available. A 10/10 for me.
