I had the opportunity to see Dr. Jakub Szmyd for a shoulder injury, and I can honestly say it was one of the best medical visits I've ever had. From the very beginning, the visit was very professional – an ultrasound was performed immediately, which allowed for a quick assessment of my injury and the appropriate steps to be taken. The reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone I encountered was eager to help and answered my questions with complete understanding. In such a stressful situation as an injury, feeling supported by the staff was crucial. Dr. Szmyd demonstrated tremendous care, competence, and patience in explaining every step of the treatment. During the visit, I felt listened to and cared for, which meant I could fully entrust my health to him. The availability of parking is also a huge plus, making it much easier to get to your appointment. I recommend Dr. Jakub Szmyd to anyone needing an orthopedic specialist, and the entire center for its high-quality patient care and modern equipment. This is a place where professionalism is simply the norm.
