The doctor was okay – he met our expectations. However, the reception and scheduling the appointment were a disaster. The appointment was postponed or canceled several times. My grandfather is disabled, and traveling to appointments takes time. We can't make it to an appointment "in an hour." A Foley catheter insertion costs 180 PLN. A bit excessive considering the difficulty of the procedure and the cost of the materials. Not to mention the fact that the catheter bag was leaking – it was replaced in the office with another leaking one.

Hello. If you're going there for an appointment, you should expect that everyone in the hallway will hear what you're saying in the doctor's office. The walls and doors are poorly soundproofed. And be careful with urologist Tayar Omar. He mainly deals with redirecting patients to his colleagues. When I asked what's next for my problem, the doctor replied that he doesn't handle such matters. PLN 300 for redirecting patients to another doctor. Thank you very much for that. He didn't even prescribe painkillers. It's not worth talking about.

Unfortunately, the approach to the patient was unprofessional; I felt disrespected, and I needed an appointment immediately. After scheduling an appointment for a specific time and arriving at the clinic on time, I was told the doctor had already gone home because she wouldn't wait for me. I should add that the doctors mentioned that if possible, I should be early, but I immediately informed them that I wouldn't be able to make it and that I would be there at the scheduled time.

Appointments were quick, and the receptionist was friendly. However, I recommend avoiding appointments with Maciej Guzek, who performs ultrasounds. I was appalled by the doctor's level of knowledge. I received a comment that I was too young to have any illness. The doctor downplayed my symptoms and had no clue about the chronic illness I had. It's the 21st century, and yet I felt like I was visiting a doctor from the Middle Ages.

I'll ONLY comment on the service – the lady at the front desk. I'm shocked that in this day and age, and in a place where seeing a specialist costs a fortune, such rude people are employed at the front desk. The lady treated me very badly. I'd also like to add that it's important to inform patients in advance that tests are cash-only! This can help avoid unpleasant situations.
