Never in my life have I encountered such poor reception staff, unable to understand even simple sentences. I am deeply shocked that in 2026, patients can be treated so unprofessionally and shamelessly. The medical staff is okay. The staff and management are stuck in the 1980s. I will never go back there, nor will my family.

It's hard to believe a private center has such poor service. And occupational medicine is a complete mess; you have to wait two weeks to correct an incorrect entry. I have an intern who wants to start work and can't without tests. I don't recommend it. CD Unfortunately, I couldn't respond to these accusations, so I'm editing this first message. You didn't offend me, but the guy who wanted to start his internship and was pressed for time due to his situation. Now the point. The guy misunderstood the office lady and went straight to your "facility" instead of me. The guy simply made a mistake. He wanted to correct it but hit a wall. Two weeks of waiting for a change, not a ruling stating whether he can perform office work, but a change in the data required by the employment office for the intern to start work. It doesn't take a detective to see that my data wasn't there. Of course, this young man has already had his tests. Please keep the money. Buy yourself some dignity for the 100 złoty. Whoever responded to this message in such a vulgar manner should never have any contact with anyone seeking medical help. I do not wish you well.

The only advantage is that it's easy to get through by phone, at least I can. My gynecologist appointment, for which I pay 200 PLN, lasts literally 3 minutes longer than the appointment itself. After examining me, showing the doctor all my current results, and talking about how I feel, the doctor told me that if they had to do a laparoscopy on every woman with abdominal pain during her period, they wouldn't be able to make it. I paid a total of 400 PLN for the entire appointment. I chose a private appointment because I was hoping for some kind of patient care and better treatment, but I can't count on that. Almost all the ladies at the reception act like they're there as a punishment. It's worth considering an appointment because it's not cheap, and it's not good either.

I have the impression that the ladies at the registration desk are busy replying to posts and therefore cannot answer the phone. This is why they are damaging the clinic's reputation and blocking access to appointment bookings or information.

I went a year ago because I needed to make an appointment with a dermatologist, but the receptionists were rude, as if they were just sitting there and treating me like a bowl of rice. I went today and felt the same way. I thought it was a one-off, a bad mood, or something. I understand, but it looked similar.
