Avoid, we just waited over an hour to see a pre-arranged appointment. The surgery is new and looks modern but the reception staff were so unhelpful, no explanation or resolution. There are plenty of other businesses like this in the area, try them first!

Fast, friendly service from the receptionists! A smile and kind words for a suffering patient are perhaps even better support than pharmacotherapy. Dr. Chmielewska is kind, listens to the patient, and is interested not only in the problem I came in for, but also in comorbidities, which is rare these days. I'm saddened to describe the reception staff's attitude towards patients. The doctor at this facility is fantastic!!! I want to emphasize this! Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I was with my sick father, overwhelmed. We arrived from the other side of Warsaw, in winter conditions. At the reception desk (a private visit costing 300 PLN), there was no information or reminder that the father's consent for authorization to access the records was required. Anyone caring for a person with dementia can understand the caregiver's fatigue. When I asked over the phone a week after the visit: "Can I confirm the medication prescription with the doctor?" I was told that I had written it down incorrectly. I was told that authorization was required so I could exchange a few sentences with the doctor and ask if she understood and wrote it down correctly. Sure, there are procedures, and I understand, but when I asked over the phone why didn't anyone at the reception desk remind me or warn me, I was told: "It's the patient's responsibility to remember this?" REALLY???? I didn't hear the words "sorry," and the receptionist was stubbornly insisting it was my fault. I cited the example of other private facilities, where they always ask for patient consent to access their data. I expected professionalism, not dilettantism. It's good that the authorization forms are available on the website. Perhaps we should change facilities and find another one with this WONDERFUL, caring, and wise doctor, because we felt very well cared for during our visit.
