  Yesterday, December 23, 2025, I went for an appointment with my seriously ill mother – the appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Grzelec. The day before, my mother was concerned that she hadn't received any text message confirming the appointment, so she called the number provided on the website "for registration." The doctor confirmed the appointment, so yesterday we went for the examination, and that's where the Oscar-worthy story begins! The doors were locked and it was dark. I called the doctor's office – to my surprise, someone answered the phone (even though I wasn't standing at the door, directly in front of the doctor's office). The doctor kindly informed me that Dr. Grzelec was alone inside (meaning, without other staff, but with the patient). For safety reasons, the door was locked and she would open it when the patient finished their appointment – ​​it was 5:41 PM. I make another call from the door of the "Gumieńce Medical Center" at 5:57 PM. I'm informed that the woman sees in the system that a test is in progress, so the doctor will probably leave shortly after us. It's a huge shock to me that in the 21st century, people even wait outside the door... Standing there for another minute, I make a third call—it's 6:27 PM! The woman says she'll call the doctor's assistant and asks me to stay on the line. After 1-2 minutes, she returns and WARNING! She tells me the doctor's assistant called my mother and refused to see me, and the doctor isn't seeing me today at all!!!! It's shocking and disbelieving how a sick person is treated, being told a test is in progress! 50 minutes standing outside the door like a dog in a temperature of 1 degree Celsius! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

  I made an appointment with a rheumatologist. Upon arrival, the receptionist said she'd sent a text message the morning to confirm my appointment, but because I hadn't confirmed it, my appointment had been canceled. I didn't receive the text message, so I couldn't confirm it. In response, the receptionist said I could wait until all the patients were seen and the doctor MAYBE would see me. The receptionist doesn't take responsibility for her work, is rude and rude. Finally, she started laughing in my face and left the reception desk. I don't recommend it.

  I think Dr. Pastuszko is the best psychiatrist in Szczecin. He understands patients very quickly, listens, and tries to help them. I don't understand where these negative reviews come from. I've seen the doctor many times and never had a problem.

  I don't recommend it. After a long wait and repeated postponements at the front desk, the appointment didn't go through. Are you asking for an appointment and paying a hefty price? This is a mistake.

  Psychiatrist Dr. Pastuszko is a truly excellent doctor who listens and empathizes with the patient's problem. The medication was chosen perfectly, and I highly recommend this doctor. I found Dr. Pastuszko through forums where patients also commented that he was a very good doctor.
