  The story of our fight for a child is long, very long. Several infertility clinics in Poland, also in the Czech Republic, a series of treatments, although sometimes I felt like they were simply testing new treatment methods on me. But it didn't matter. You grit your teeth, because whatever you do or give up is meant to allow you to hold your dream child in your arms. Finally, we decided to try one last time, but with Dr. Jakub. I'll be honest, it wasn't rosy, but a year of treatment, the 15th transfer, and we succeeded! Our greatest dream, our happiness, is with us! As for the opinions about the "not very polite" treatment by the clinic staff, I suggest you consider whether you treat these people with respect! Just because I pay doesn't mean everyone has to bow down to me... Everyone who comes to the clinic knows that this place is their last resort; too much emotion is a very bad advisor... but this also applies to relationships between patients... In summary, I regret the wasted years, emotions, and energy we spent—I already know—on pointless consultations, and let's not kid ourselves about the money. You're in the right place, there are people here who will help you, even if you don't believe it, stay and listen. Thank you so much for all the support from the receptionists, midwives, and our miracle worker, Dr. Jakub! See you in a few months. Warmest regards, happy parents, finally happy people!!!! ♥️

  My experience with the Gynemed clinic in Łódź has unfortunately been very negative. I find the staff's approach unempathetic and dismissive—the patient feels more like another number than someone genuinely wanted to help. My visits with Dr. Malinowski also left a negative impression. You pay for a consultation, and then you're referred to another specialist for an ultrasound—for another fee, of course. Furthermore, the clinic doesn't accept test results from other, reputable laboratories, but requires the same tests to be repeated in-house. As a result, patients end up paying twice for identical results, often even from the same lab chain. The whole thing gives the impression that the facility's main goal is to maximize costs, rather than truly help patients (unbeknownst to the patient). 🫡 Unfortunately, I have to give this facility a negative review. The receptionist (Frau Kochaniutka) leaves much to be desired—instead of support and empathy, patients are met with raised voices and a lack of understanding. This is especially distressing for women in advanced pregnancy, who should feel calm and safe in such a setting. This attitude is highly unprofessional and clearly unbecoming of the people working at Gynemed. I hope the clinic will learn from this and ensure higher standards of patient care, as good communication is the foundation of trust.

  As for the receptionists, they guided me very well. First, I went to Dr. Dominika Majchrzak for a diagnosis and what to do next. She was very gentle about whether it was an ultrasound, a cytology test, or a physical exam. Everything went well. The hospital was fine, but I had to wait for a hospital stay. And then I went to the professor.

  The Gynemed Clinic in Łódź is the place to which we owe our greatest treasure. Thanks to our collaboration with Professor Malinowski, we were able to implement specialized immunological treatment, which allowed us to maintain our pregnancy. The clinic is very well-organized, the staff helpful and friendly, and the whole experience provides a sense of security. We also want to emphasize the excellent work of the reception staff – the women were always kind, smiling, and helpful. We've read some criticism of the service in other reviews, but we absolutely don't understand these criticisms – our experience was 100% positive. It was here that we were able to see a happy conclusion to our long journey to parenthood. We recommend them to anyone seeking specialized and effective infertility care. ❤️
