  I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the medical visit I had with Dr. Mariola Kotulska on April 29, 2025. The visit lasted only about three minutes and ended with her refusing to provide further consultation. Upon entering the office, I greeted her, and the doctor asked what was wrong with me. I explained that last Saturday I had participated in an off-road rally, which required me to constantly get in and out of my car, run, and bend over – and that this resulted in severe pain in my shin, as if someone were hitting me with a stick. I also mentioned that I had previously experienced tingling, numbness, and pain in my legs, for a long time and regularly, but not to this degree. In response, I was accused of self-diagnosis and incompletely describing my symptoms, even though I was only trying to explain why I decided to seek help. The doctor immediately assumed I "didn't want to spend money on treatment," even though I hadn't said anything like that before, suggesting I seek tests from the National Health Fund. She also accused me of obesity and suggested that "I might have more problems." After a moment, she decided she wouldn't treat me and told me to go to the reception desk – ending the visit in a particularly unpleasant manner. I sought help, expecting a minimum of empathy and professionalism, but I was treated condescendingly, without respect, even with contempt. Not only did the doctor show no interest in my health, but her tone and demeanor made it clear that I was just another problem for her, not even worth listening to. I left the office humiliated and disappointed, feeling like I'd been slandered. In my opinion, Mariola Kotulska should not be allowed to have direct contact with patients. She lacks empathy, manners, and basic respect for the person who comes seeking help. This behavior disqualifies her as a primary care physician. With this review, I'd just like to warn against this woman so that no one else has to feel the way I did. I also don't understand the center's management for continuing to employ this doctor despite so many negative reviews, which unfortunately I didn't have time to read beforehand. Thanks to someone like this, people lose the desire to ask for help and go to doctors, especially the "specialists" who work at this "Medical Center." I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  The location is excellent and there's ample parking. If you're a first-time visitor, be careful when entering the medical center. The medical services are impeccable. The doctor provides information about your ailments in an accessible and understandable way. The prices are also reasonable. And most importantly, the wait for an appointment is practically up to a week. I recommend this place. I've been there again. The entrance and exit are terrible. The building is blocked with cars on one side and the other. You have to be very careful.

  I'd been seeing Dr. Tamara for about two years. I'd been taking birth control pills for a few years, but for a while now, I'd been suffering from terrible migraines. She tried changing my pills, but each time it got worse. She decided to put in a copper IUD (she said I couldn't have any other). I agreed and scheduled the procedure. When I asked how to prepare and what I needed to know, the doctor simply told me to come during my period. So I did. The procedure was successful, although painful. It went quickly, and I was surprised I tolerated it so well. After the procedure, I asked what was next, what I needed to know, and the gynecologist replied, "Nothing." Everything went well and I should come back for a checkup after a while, and when my period ended, everything would return to normal. I left the office without even having paid for the appointment, and I started having terrible cramps. I felt weak, my legs felt weak, I broke out in sweat, I felt hot, nauseous, shaking all over, and short of breath (I have asthma). It was a good thing my husband was with me... He asked the doctor to take me back because we were both worried something had gone wrong. The doctor did an ultrasound and said it hurt, because it had to hurt—I hadn't given birth, it hurts. I left and spent three days on strong painkillers. My stomach hurt every day with the slightest exertion or just because. Two weeks later, I had heavy spotting, so I scheduled a checkup three weeks after the IUD insertion (the IUD manufacturer recommends the first checkup after a month, so it was just right). At the appointment, I learned that nothing was wrong, I was just telling myself everything, and a checkup was pointless because everything was fine. I left burning with shame. After another three weeks of daily contractions and a period that I'm now experiencing so painfully it's a real nightmare... I went to another gynecologist because it was giving me no peace of mind. It turned out my IUD had caused severe inflammation in my uterus and was positioned a bit too high (I don't know why; there could be many reasons). This caused constant abdominal pain and spotting every few days. I was given two different medications to ease the inflammation and was instructed to return if the pain didn't subside. Almost three months after the IUD was inserted, unfortunately, it didn't. I finally removed the IUD and hope to be back to normal soon... I'm very sorry I was treated this way at your clinic. I don't know why the doctor ignored my symptoms—I was seeking help, but I was treated like a lunatic. I hope this situation resolves without any major complications for my health. I certainly won't be coming back. Until now, I recommended Ms. Tamara to everyone, but after this situation, I advise against it...
