  The worst clinic we've ever been to! Yesterday afternoon, I called to make an appointment with a doctor, saying my child is three years old and sick. There are no available appointments. I called the next day. I called the next day, and the line was busy for half the day. After calling back, there are no available appointments. Please make an appointment for tomorrow. It's impossible because they're already booked. Please call in the morning and ask for an appointment... it's a joke. It's impossible to get a doctor with your child. They change their booking policy every so often. Sometimes, you can make an appointment the day before, sometimes two days in advance, sometimes they only take appointments on a specific day. I don't recommend them. Nothing is said about private doctors either... Avoid clinics as much as possible.

  I came to the facility with a 40-degree fever as a young, breastfeeding mother, requesting a private visit and quick help. Given my serious condition, I expected a professional and responsible approach. The doctor (unfortunately, I don't know which one) refused to see me. He told me to go to the hospital on call, which starts at 6:00 PM. I was left without any real help, even though I had come privately and in an urgent situation. I consider this approach extremely unprofessional and lacking in empathy. I do not recommend this facility.

  I don't recommend Dr. Siembaba. As a woman in my 4th month of pregnancy, I came in with pregnancy symptoms, so I needed a doctor's note. The doctor, I won't call him Dr., told me to go to the emergency room... that was my last visit to your National Health Fund internist.

  The medical services are mediocre, but the receptionists are utterly pathetic. They treat patients with disrespect and contempt. I was deeply saddened by the way they treated the elderly woman in front of me. They treated her with condescension and took exceptional pleasure in humiliating patients. I decided to write a review because I've repeatedly witnessed such a lack of professionalism from the receptionists at Igamed.

  I visited the pediatrician Dr. Ewa Czarny, I can recommend her with a clear conscience. The doctor examined the child from head to toe, I haven't seen such an examination in a long time.
