  The older, blond woman at the reception desk was unpleasant and defiant. She wouldn't register me for an orthopedist because the system was down. I offered to help and take down my details (I had given my consent under GDPR), but she shouted and said she wouldn't. The person who serves as the clinic's primary point of contact at the reception desk scares people away, and instead of offering help and advice, her behavior casts a negative light on the entire IKAR clinic staff. Dear lady, perhaps it's time to consider retirement? I don't recommend this clinic or dealing with this unpleasant receptionist.

  I recommend them to all gynecologists. The care is top-notch, from the office environment (a separate toilet with a bidet and disposable hygiene products) to the preventative care, and finally, the dedication, knowledge, and kindness of the doctors. Doctors Kołuda and Myszkowski are excellent specialists; I hope they continue to do so.

  Stay as far away from this place as possible. Orthopedist Jerzy L. has no desire to help, no time for the patient, a private visit for 380 PLN lasted 30 seconds, the doctor refused to look at the MRI, offered no solution, and his attitude is embarrassing – he's all about making money! I don't recommend him!
