Today I had a private appointment with cardiologist Dr. Furmanik. The very nice lady at the reception desk gave me a number and I went to the door of the office. There were two elderly women who didn't have numbers and were waiting in line (according to them, there are no numbers). Finally, I got there and entered the office. The doctor was irritated by the queue and explained that everyone was pushing in and that she only had patients who showed her their results. She didn't ask me to sit down, I started explaining what was wrong with me, asked me one question and that was it. She asked me to undress and left the office. After a short while, she came back and it turned out she was looking for a patient. My visit with the doctor lasted 10-15 minutes at most. When I went to the doctor, I expected her to talk to me and show at least a minimal interest in me as a patient for the 200 PLN. I rarely go to the doctor, but this was the first time I encountered a complete lack of empathy from a doctor. doctor's page.

I don't understand why, with a Luxmed package, the front desk demands hundreds of zlotys for a visit and examination, even though the previous patients didn't show up. One star, I don't recommend it.
