  I regretfully have to share my negative opinion about my visit to the Internus clinic on Wojska Polskiego Street on September 16th. The clinic is open until 7:00 PM, and I arrived shortly after 6:00 PM, which was still during business hours. I reported for a routine injection (an implant every 28 days), which I was required to receive that day, but I was met with a very unpleasant and unprofessional approach from nurse Gabriela Sokół and Dr. Ostrowska-Machnikowska. Instead of receiving support for my health situation, I was sent home without assistance. This was even more upsetting because the same injection had previously been performed by nurse Bożena Szewczyk, an extremely empathetic, professional, and gentle person. Thanks to her, the procedure was always painless and conducted in an atmosphere of trust. Unfortunately, I heard from Ms. Gabriela Sokół and Dr. Ostrowska-Machnikowska that Ms. Bożena supposedly shouldn't be performing such injections, which was presented in a way that questioned her competence. However, I know from experience and consultations at other facilities that a primary care nurse can perform such a procedure. I was convinced that by coming during opening hours, I could count on help and a minimum of empathy. Unfortunately, I was met with cold treatment and a lack of willingness to provide support. I felt that this injection was simply too much for Ms. Gabriela Sokół. If a nurse doesn't feel capable of performing such a simple procedure, they should work on expanding their skills and nursing abilities instead of leaving the patient without assistance. Finally, I was told "graciously" that I could come back the next day and someone would administer the injection. I thanked them and decided to go to the nurses at Fieldorfa Nila, where I always encounter professionalism and empathy. I regret to say that I do not recommend this facility, especially to those who value understanding, reliability, and a humane approach. Fortunately, there are also people there like Bożena Szewczyk, who demonstrate what true patient care should look like.

  The ladies at the clinic on Wojska Polskiego Street are very friendly, always ready to help, and have an excellent approach to young patients. Ms. Gabriela Sokół is undoubtedly the best nurse I've ever worked with. She has extensive knowledge, is always willing to help and offer good advice. She is competent and empathetic. She works with passion and commitment. And in stressful situations, she manages to remain calm and composed. Thank you very much.

  I have to write a review or I'll suffocate!!! Today at my appointment with Dr. Żabrowski, I think. I'll start from the beginning because I'm wondering if I should file a complaint somewhere higher up. I'll start by saying that I scheduled a private appointment this morning due to a severely cracked filling, and from the moment I entered the office, I felt fear. I sat down in the chair, explaining what I came with, and the doctor started putting on gloves. He ripped the first one off and threw it away. He put on the second one, and then the glove cracked in a small area and didn't change it!!! (My hands weren't washed or disinfected beforehand.) I wasn't given a neck protector. So, when the doctor wanted to start working on my tooth, he wanted to do it on the wrong side. I reminded him, and the doctor said it was for decoration (I should point out that he had it done at a different clinic some time ago). The doctor became indignant and started peeing very forcefully on my cheek, making me cry, tearing at my mouth, and then he put on a dressing. Okay, cool, I understand that this was for the best, but he didn't tell me until the very end. I've never been so humiliated in an office. I'd also like to point out that even the woman who was there didn't give the doctor new gloves, and she even told the doctor in front of me that he was incredibly nervous today and throwing punches at everyone. What kind of person do you have to be to treat someone like that? I was nice, I just wanted help, but I was paralyzed with fear, unable to say what was wrong. I don't recommend him. I'm disappointed. The dressing I received was stained with blood... and clearly, this isn't how it should look! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.

  The ladies at the front desk were friendly and smiling, which is the most important thing when you walk in. They easily booked me in for the same day. They had a specific appointment time, so there was no waiting time, which I appreciate. The doctor is completely professional. I recommend this facility to everyone.

  They have a large number of specialists, but unfortunately, the best ones have long wait times. Some of the so-called doctors should be eliminated because they can't diagnose patients and prescribe the wrong medications. It's difficult to reach them by phone, and the line is constantly busy. Perhaps a good solution would be to increase the number of receptionists on the phone. Ms. Sylwia J., who works at the reception desk, is very kind and helpful. However, one of the receptionists at HTM looks like she's working there as a punishment.
