You bring your child, and they misdiagnose them because they constantly explain that it's asthma, allergies, nothing serious. They prescribe medications, which is basically what most people have at home. After two days, the child's condition worsens, you go to the emergency room, and it turns out it's pneumonia. When you bring your child for a checkup, the child's condition has improved. But he still coughs. The doctor replied, "The child can walk with a cough." The child goes to preschool a week later, and the child is sick again... of course, without the doctor's prescription, because it's unnecessary."

  Overall, it's a nice place, everything is clean, but the staff is terrible. It's impossible to communicate with the receptionist; everything has to be their way. The doctors are very good, so 2 stars because of them. But the reception is terrible and terrible. When you try to call them, they either don't answer or they answer with such hostility that you can't get anything done. Once you're there, you don't see them being that busy "working." Coffee here, chatting there, and life goes on. You, taxpayer, either adapt or change the facility if you don't like it.

  The Katarzyński Medical Center is a place where it's clear that medicine can be practiced with heart and passion. The doctors are committed, listen to patients, and genuinely want to help—without rushing or the sense of "platforming" that, unfortunately, is still the norm in many places. In addition, there's the well-organized care and modern, beautiful interiors that soothe from the moment you walk in, making you feel cared for, not "pushed through the system." In short: professionalism, a human touch, and a very high level of comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
