The receptionist was wonderful. My fiancé and I arrived in excruciating pain. The doctor asked the doctor about the possibility of admitting me, though privately because the National Health Fund (NFZ) was already full. However, she didn't have to, and she suggested it herself. Dr. Jolanta Sudomir greets patients with a smile from the moment she walks in, spending more time in her office than during private appointments (which we mostly use, so we have a diagnosis). We sincerely thank you for your help and recommend the clinic.

Obsługa w recepcji była nieuprzejma i sprawiała wrażenie, jakby rozmowa była dla niej problemem. Zostałem rozłączony w trakcie rozmowy, bez możliwości dokończenia swojej wypowiedzi. Oczekuję bardziej profesjonalnego podejścia do klienta.

The elderly lady at the reception desk was a complete sassy mess. She accused me and my Georgian colleague of providing false information in an accusatory tone. Despite showing me ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) documents, she claimed she didn't have insurance (the documents were collected half an hour before our visit to the clinic for registration purposes). Despite providing a residential address, she claimed we were declaring false information based on our question about whether it was our registered address or our mailing address. This was the first time in my life I'd been treated this way in a public healthcare facility. The lady claimed I was from Ukraine and working illegally. Quite racist behavior from a foreigner towards a legally working Polish citizen. A scandal!

The outrageous, even critical behavior of the woman at the reception desk, speaking in an incomprehensible pseudo-Polish language. I feel sorry for the patients who will have contact with this person. I regret it and do not wish her well.
