  On the recommendation of the gynecologist, Mączka: WE BOUGHT THE DISEASE. My fiancée was a regular patient. She came to the doctor for a routine checkup without any complaints. Unfortunately, after that visit, the symptoms completely reappeared. The doctor prescribed my fiancée a strong steroid medication (Clobederm), confirming lichen planus – even though, according to the manufacturer's leaflet, it SHOULD NOT be used on delicate skin or in the intimate areas/eyelids. Today we visited a gynecologist who helped us verify this, and as it turns out, it's not there at all. She also helped us determine the cause of the current symptoms, such as skin atrophy and irritation in her intimate areas – a STEROID that caused serious damage to her health, not to mention the fact that my fiancée had just had surgery! – the tissue was also irritated, which could cause it to recur. After using the ointment, I experienced severe irritation and SKIN DAMAGE – SKIN Atrophy – in these areas. My fiancée is now undergoing treatment for the side effects of this decision, and we hope the changes can be reversed. This experience was very stressful for us, as was the "diagnosis" itself. I'm sorry about this woman, and I can't recommend her to other patients. We advise every woman to be cautious, and our gynecologist to reconsider her treatment practices and stop jumping to conclusions without, as you can see, a thorough examination.

  I had a gynecological procedure (plastic surgery) a few years ago, probably 4. The doctor is generally a super nice person and seems very knowledgeable, but unfortunately, something kept going wrong after the procedure. I had 3 revisions within a short time, and after the last one healed, it was still a disaster. I don't even know if it's worse than before the procedure :( Not only aesthetically, but I also feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I'll have to do something about it in the slower years ahead.

  I waited for an appointment that was supposed to last 20 minutes, then 15 minutes outside the office door. Throughout that time, I listened in on Dr. Mączka's private conversation. She carried on without a trace of embarrassment, knowing another patient was waiting outside. What's more, I received several reminders the day before to confirm my appointment. It was a lack of respect for the patient, pathetic treatment. However, I hope the doctor will choose the right color palette, which she so passionately discussed on speakerphone.

  Dr. Mączka is an excellent doctor, a super specialist who patiently and kindly explains all the issues that concern her patients. She has a very holistic approach, tailored to each patient's individual health situation. Unfortunately, the medical center itself leaves much to be desired in terms of punctuality – my appointment was delayed by over half an hour, even though I arrived well before. The doctor didn't even take any breaks between patients; she saw them one after the other. It's clear that the consultation itself, including a basic examination, takes at least 20-30 minutes, so the center is at fault for the poor organization. This was my second visit; a year ago, the delay was about 45 minutes, so this wasn't an isolated incident, also considering the previous comments. Perhaps you should simply allocate more time for each patient, so that the doctor has at least a 5-minute break between appointments? Delays of several dozen minutes are not trivial; it's not a matter of a 5-10-minute delay; 30-40 minutes often seriously impacts other plans! Truly, it's better to see fewer patients in a timely manner than to lose existing ones. This makes the high price of services even more disproportionate for such an unprofessional approach to time.

  In addition to the professionalism and quality of services provided and the technical and sanitary conditions, I also emphasize the so-called human approach to the patient: a comprehensive interview. Without rushing or shortcuts. The latter cannot be completed in five minutes. I, too, happen to be one of those patients who, by providing answers, sometimes causes delays. Because in the context of health, everything is important. And if you're a first-time patient, it's already a first-time patient. In any case, Dr. Marta Mączka is a development-oriented angel and physician with a holistic perspective on the topics she addresses. Incidentally, she's an incredibly empathetic person. I say a resounding YES!
