The registration desk is a mess. Appointments are scheduled 1 to 3 months in advance, and when you show up, you have to wait for hours. It's utter chaos. Patients are disregarded.

The service at the center is a joke. The check-in desk is like a Chinese restaurant. The dermatologist is rude and brusque. A private, paid appointment wasn't completed due to their fault, and no one could even afford to say "I'm sorry" or attempt to resolve the problem differently. I don't recommend it.

Please change the lady at the front desk. She's so difficult to communicate with that it's hard to describe. She can't provide any reliable information.
