I am very satisfied with the services provided by this clinic. Despite being a National Health Fund (NFZ) facility, the level of medical care is very high. The doctors are competent, dedicated, and dedicate a reasonable amount of time to each patient, thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. The reception staff is polite and helpful, and appointments are conducted efficiently and in a pleasant atmosphere. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and modern. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking reliable medical care covered by the National Health Fund.

The doctor didn't even consider auscultation necessary for flu symptoms. She also made the ironic comment, "you could have bought a thermometer at the pharmacy in the morning," but not everyone works comfortably from 8 a.m. a week, or even 24/7.

I'm satisfied with the care I receive. The doctor is very thorough, always takes a thorough history, and prescribes medications. But I'm also a patient equipped with various medical devices :) That's fine by me.

How can there be no pediatrician at the clinic for an entire week? I don't recommend this clinic; this is the second time there's been a problem with the pediatrician.
