My experience with this medical center was unfortunately negative. Despite a private appointment and a specific appointment time, the wait was over an hour. I believe punctuality should be standard for paid appointments. The organization leaves much to be desired, which is why I'm dissatisfied with the service.

Dr. Dworczak is a great doctor. Dr. Krawiec, the neurologist, was very professional. The ophthalmologist appointments are always full. I've never missed an appointment with the receptionists, so overall, it's been great. I can confirm that it's indeed difficult to get through by phone. Regarding the waiting lists, I haven't been there in a while. My appointment and the tension with the people in the queue for the ENT was about seven years ago. I also had an appointment for an hour, and the receptionist told me to ask who was last... what's that? I asked everyone about the times and said loudly that I wouldn't wait (I was with my child) for the woman who was an hour after me, because she'd already been there for two hours. Sorry, but the hours are meant to be approximate, so you can get there in your turn. I think things have changed in that regard.

Linia zajęta od dwóch dni. Jak już pojawia się sygnał to po chwili odrzucają. Nierealne żeby się dodzwonić. Szybciej osobiście podjechać.

I don't recommend it! It's almost impossible to reach your clinic. It's constantly busy from 11 a.m. until now, or the call is automatically disconnected. The receptionist tells you the doctor isn't in because he's out of town, and to call back next week on Friday.
