  I took my 5-year-old daughter to have her blood drawn by the incredibly friendly and professional Dr. Ela. I recommend her 100%. My daughter was fully informed by Mrs. Ela about what to expect, she was entertained, and the blood draw went smoothly. We even received a Patient Support certificate upon leaving. I recommend her to anyone whose children are afraid of blood draws.

  I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my visit with Dr. Siniewicz. During the visit, the doctor demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding towards the patient. His communication was cold, dry, and condescending. My concerns and questions regarding my health were not addressed with due consideration, and the answers were provided in a rude and perfunctory manner. I believe that a doctor's work requires not only medical knowledge but also communication skills and empathy for patients, which were lacking in this situation. This approach significantly undermines the sense of security and trust in medical care. I hope my opinion will be taken seriously and will contribute to improving the quality of patient care at your clinic.

  I'm shocked after my visit with Dr. Siniewicz. Such a rude man shouldn't be working with children. Today, while talking to the clinic administration, I thought it was a one-off incident, but now I've looked at the comments and realized it's a common occurrence, showing disrespect for both children and parents.

  The young woman with blonde hair could have been more professional. I scheduled an ultrasound, received an appointment, and arrived for that day and time, only to be informed that they weren't performing ultrasounds that day. The woman tried to convince me that it was impossible, that they weren't doing ultrasounds that day, and that I had to make an appointment to discuss the results with the doctor, which is untrue. I made the appointment for the ultrasound in person immediately after getting my blood test done. I wouldn't have made the appointment to discuss the results until after two tests. The woman could have also apologized immediately and admitted that she had entered the information incorrectly, instead of trying to convince me that I was just wasting my time coming here.
