  I had 2 doctor appointments on the same day, one in the morning, one at 16:00. They wrote me 2 text messages earlier about my appointments but when I got there, they told me that I have no reservation! I've been waiting over 35 minutes now for my appointment--nobody fixed the problem or even apologized. Very unprofessional.

  I recommend it :) I've always gotten the information I need at the reception desk, there's never been a problem with registering with a doctor, and there's usually no delay or minimal delay beyond the scheduled time. The nurses are great with children during blood draws, and the mother-child room is a plus. The only thing I would improve is extending the blood draw hours on Saturdays, and the water dispensers are sometimes out of order.

  I recommend the Luxmed clinic in Biłgoraj at Kościuszki Street 50. I like using their services because everything is done quickly and efficiently. There's no long wait for blood tests, as there are several stations, as well as registration. The only thing they could do would be to extend the blood draw time on Saturdays, as it's usually very busy then.

  Fantastic service and very professional care. Many tests can be performed and appointments with various specialists can be made quickly. The receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful, especially Wiola, who quickly resolved my problem and was incredibly patient and supportive. I highly recommend the Luxmed location in Biłgoraj, especially if you need expert advice and quick and efficient testing!

  Today I visited Luxmed Biłgoraj for the first time in my life. The reception staff were very friendly and professional; they explained everything, how, and where. The women who drew my blood for tests deserve special praise – I send them my best wishes and wish them good health. Unfortunately, due to my numerous illnesses, I experience many different hospital wards in various hospitals – Biłgoraj, Zamość, and Lublin. After some medical "experiments" during my military service (before Poland joined NATO), I had ruptured veins, so they're not very visible now – this has often been a problem for the aforementioned hospitals and various wards when drawing blood or attaching an IV line. Not everywhere, but in most cases, I was repeatedly beaten before I "succeeded," and what's worse, I was also blamed as if I were hiding my veins on purpose, out of spite... Hence my praise and gratitude for such a seemingly simple procedure as a blood draw, which, when performed by professional people like the ladies at Luxmed Biłgoraj, and only in some departments of the aforementioned hospitals, knows human anatomy and where these veins are (even if they're barely visible), and also knows that human anatomy isn't a lottery and veins don't appear in random places; they are where they should be :)
