  When I did start to speak English they looked like a see an alien and said they can not give a service to me. I asked about the cause and insisted to see a doctor for my coughing. At the end they told me to wait an leaved me there with my 2 years old daughter. You can not get any help from them, they are doing wrong job, they are neither friendly nor helpful.

  You call. You won't get through to the point, only to the general hotline. "They report you to the chosen point" so they can contact you = no one contacts you. Ultimately, after repeated calls to the hotline, you get the number of the chosen point, and what happens there? They refuse to admit a foreigner "just because." I send employees all over Poland for preliminary examinations. No one has a problem with the fact that most of them communicate somewhat in Polish, and they also speak English. But oh well. I thought, I'll solve the problem and go with the employee as support, as if the doctor couldn't communicate. (Because when an employee is sick and something is difficult to explain, I also go to the clinic or hospital as a language assistant). No, not either. Here, you have to wait patiently until the doctor, who's in on a given day, considers whether they're willing to admit a foreigner. If they kindly agree to fill out a form, you can call them and ask about scheduling an appointment. 🫠 At this facility, language isn't the problem—for them, it's their origin 🙃

  I had a referral from a dermatologist, but they made me pay 55 PLN for the tests. They haven't even made an appointment for me yet because they "can't book these tests." You have to call a different number—what a joke. The doctor then asks why he hasn't received the test results, and I tell him they told me to come in private.

  I was scheduled for an ultrasound at 11am, but unfortunately I was admitted after 12pm. I had the test done privately, the lady performing the test didn't talk to me at all, and after the test, she told me to wipe off the gel with the paper sheet I was lying on... what a shame.

  Very pleasant, young, and competent reception staff. A friendly, highly cultured, and competent gentleman working in the X-ray room. A chest X-ray was taken immediately, with results within 5 minutes. 100% patient satisfaction.
