Dermatologist – I won't name names. There's only one, so everyone will know who I'm talking about. Money down the drain! A waste of time. This doctor can't assess anything because she doesn't have the equipment – a dermatoscope… (so why is she here?) But she'll gladly invite you for another private appointment in Chełm. She's afraid to touch the lesion, showing her a wart, insists there's nothing there. When I say I can feel it under my finger – please take a look. But she's starting to see. Laughter in the room. Is that a doctor? I think it's time to see who you're hiring.

I admire the receptionist despite the long queue today. She was very kind and helpful. It's a disgrace that only one person serves so many patients. I'm giving it 3 stars only because the receptionist was nice to everyone despite the large number of people. But you should hire more staff.

Terrible customer service. A nurse who wasn't skilled at drawing blood literally tortured a tiny child, resulting in intense crying and trauma for the little one, who wasn't the first to have blood drawn. It was her first time at Luxmed, but it will definitely be her last! I don't recommend it.

I don't recommend taking children for blood draws because they're just butchers working there. The child is pricked several times, playing with the vein, constantly being inserted and moved. The woman with black hair who draws the blood doesn't know how to find the vein, and the result? No sample. The child is exhausted, terrified, and pricked several times. Of course, it's the child's fault because it's moving. It's strange that it wouldn't move like an adult would pull out on its own if someone were playing with a needle like that. Maybe it's time to hire better staff with some experience.

I booked in advance for a flu shot, which I'm entitled to during my pregnancy. I was turned away because the receptionist decides who gets the vaccine and who doesn't under the same plan. There's a lack of professionalism, zero commitment, and zero help. I don't recommend this place.
