I was in this clinic, everything inside was beautiful and clean. The girls at the reception were polite, helped me fill out all the documents and entered me into the database. The doctor himself is a laryngologist, a professional. He quickly checked everything and wrote me a prescription to buy medicine. The clinic is excellent, I recommend it.

Shame on you, I have NFZ agreement and today October 11,2023 at this facility they told me we can't provide you with an English speaking doctor for NFZ,,,I called Luxmed hotline and she told me we can provide you with an English speaking doctor only for private but not with NFZ....It means you must pay to meet with English speaking doctor, otherwise they won't provide you such service!!!!!!!! Such an unprofessional behaviour,!!!

Refused to register my little girl for regular kids vaccination: 1- asked us to look for another clinic because they only serve people living nearby BEFORE even asking us where do we live. 2- said that the they didn’t receive the vaccination book from the hospital where my wife gave birth (later on their colleagues in the office milionowa 21 confirmed that they have received it, before changing her statement that the book of is on its way after they called her). 3- claimed that our daughter is not insured (while she has both private, not active yet, and public NFZ active. 4- I came back next day with the prove that my daughter has a valid ZUS insurance and then they refused to register her for vaccination with the excuse both parents do not speak polish and they don’t accept a third party to translate. I have requested that they give me this answer in a written statement but they refused. => it’s been 11 years that I’m paying ZUS same as my wife and we have been denied public health care services to our new born babe in this place and they tried to send us Away in the most disrespectful ways, this is not just inhuman but also illegal and I’ll make sure to follow up on this with the proper legal complaints possible. I would love to give them zéro not just one star if I could so this never happens to anyone else in the future.

The worst experience ever… scheduled visits late by over half an hour, lack of organisation, no parking and rude doctors
