Terrible service – way too much hassle for a simple issue. I wasted over 2 hours on the phone just to book an appointment, only to find out they booked it in the wrong city. After two more days, I finally got an appointment with a nurse referral and went to the clinic. I had to go through three separate appointments just to get a small stich removed from my hand. First, I spoke to a nurse who gave me a referral to a doctor. The doctor then looked at it and referred me back to a nurse. But there was no nurse available at that time, so I was told to return in the afternoon. It was a frustrating and unnecessary runaround for something so minor. Very disappointing experience.

Dentists speak English, but the receptionist doesn’t. After the COVID lockdown I had to book an appointment a month in advance. Then the meeting was cancelled, but I didn’t get a SMS or email! Also their customer service isn’t helpful, just standard answers.. Still two stars because before COVID I didn’t have an issue and the dentist is okay.

Dr. Skoczylis treated me in a condescending and condescending manner. He didn't answer my questions about my condition clearly, but rather made light-hearted fun of my lack of knowledge about my physiology. Mr. Skoczylas, your duty as a physician is not only to treat but also to educate patients with respect, regardless of their knowledge. After the visit, I felt worse than before. I strongly advise against consulting this doctor. Added from my brother's account
