Gynaecological department in this establishment is an absolute disgrace and have a complete disregard for young, concerned people who come to their clinic. I had an ultrasound here a few months back, and it lasted a total of 1 minute, no explanation about my results, no discussion about any problems or pain management. They just asked me if I've considered taking ibuprofen or anti-inflammatory medicine before! What a joke. I have since been diagnosed with deep pelvic endometriosis at another, much more professional clinic, and have a hemorrhagic cyst that shows up on ultrasound and MRI, which the gynecological team here completely missed. Please avoid! Big disappointment that I was charged money for such appalling and inaccurate treatment (if you can even call it treatment). They really don't care for patients, only care about profit.

This place is a joke. I booked a vaccination at this clinic, got "qualification" from my doctor, but when I came to Luxmed the blonde woman at the reception was very surprised that I had an appointment for today. Then she asked if I have a "qualification" from the doctor, looked at it and said that I won't get any vaccine today because my doctor didn't specify on this paper what kind of vaccine I want to get. Since when does a receptionist know better what a doctor should write on the qualification? Maybe the doctor knows better? The worst thing about the whole situation is that she spoke to me very sarcastically and disrespectfully. As a result, I wasted the whole day, and all I got from this clinic is just ruined mood. Never coming back here. NIE POLECAM.
