  I’m seriously disappointed with Luxmed. My boyfriend booked the appointment for me and clearly told the staff that I don’t speak Polish. They still went ahead and gave me a slot — no warning, no explanation, nothing. I even cleared my entire schedule for the day to make sure I could be there on time and prepared. When I arrived, the staff were rude and unhelpful, sending me away instead of finding a solution. I showed up on time, ready to get it done, and instead I was told to “come back with someone who speaks Polish” because the doctor didn’t speak English. Are you serious? Why would you schedule an appointment for someone who can’t even communicate with the doctor? Foreigners deserve basic respect. We are not second-class humans. We work, we contribute, we try to follow the system — and we deserve to be treated with the same care and dignity as anyone else. If you can’t accommodate non-Polish speakers, then say that openly at the time of booking. Don’t waste our time. Don’t act like it’s our fault for existing.

  Private clinic. Pricey but does its job well. Has doctors who speak English. Clean and tidy .
