I am a foreigner in Lublin. Doctor and some staff can speak English. I went there because I hurt my finger and the front desk is helpful to make an appointment and give advice about payment. I don’t need to wait for long time everything was so fast and convenient.

some doctors has the info that they speak german or russian , but if you talk with them on that language - they don’t know it. like 2/10 skill based knowledge, some words and that’s it. a very big disappointment and risk for life
