I highly recommend Ms. Lilla for blood draws for babies. This is the second time we've seen her with our daughter, and I'm impressed by her empathy and sensitivity. The blood draw was very efficient and painless. She's a wonderful woman!

The ladies at the collection point were very unfriendly. It felt like they were working as a punishment. The tone was pretentious; I wouldn't recommend it.

A big plus for honoring other subscriptions. Quick appointments are available. There are queues everywhere, so I wouldn't complain about that. Quite the opposite – it means the doctor devotes as much time to patients as needed, not just as much as has been "booked."

For some time now, the quality of services provided privately by Luxmed Zamość has deteriorated significantly. There are long queues at the reception desk despite the ticketing system. There are constant delays at doctor's offices, from ultrasound, neurology, and gynecology appointments. These can last up to two hours. The neurologist I scheduled my husband with refused to look at the MRI scan. Booking appointments through the Luxmed website is also problematic, as something isn't working.
