I was prescribed with some medication based on vague and non-committal advice from a doctor who stated, *“I believe you will be okay with this medication.” Medicover: Of course, I understand that the cost of 218 PLN is a large amount, but if you had any doubts when buying the medicine, you can always cancel the purchase and go back to the doctor ( really ? they expect to do that ? I thought i should trust the doctor he can not even check the exmans before sending the medicantions ) Dominik Cieniawski Kierownik Medyczny Centrów and an other case : I have been told to go outside of Medicover. the Orthopedist gave me a x r for my spine after asking and telling that medicover has mentoned that is the doctor desition, there is clear control over any approval , the amount of services they provide in 1 consultation for example they can not make 2 examinations at the same time I am being sent to go to a private service whenever I go to Medicover.as they can not follow up with a back pain and refuse do not expect an answer from your side, the behaviour overall from the staff isn’t the best

Terrible Experience at Medicover! I booked an appointment with orthopedist Dymek Grzegorz through MediStore, paid 295 PLN in advance. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in at the reception, and was directed to wait near the doctor’s office. I waited for more than 5 minutes past my appointment time, and then the doctor came out… only to tell me he had no time for me anymore! He simply walked away without even trying to explain. His attitude and the way he looked at me were completely unacceptable—I got the impression that he was prejudiced because I am a foreigner. This kind of discrimination is shocking in a medical institution! When I went to the reception to explain what had happened, they told me I had to request a refund myself through the MediStore call center. So, not only did the clinic fail to provide the service, but they also refused to take any responsibility for returning my money! Absolutely outrageous! I strongly advise against visiting Medicover unless you want to waste your time, lose your money, and experience disrespectful treatment.

I visited Medicover after experiencing an allergic reaction and was truly impressed by the care I received. The nurses, Ms. Anna and Klaudia, were both highly professional and genuinely kind. They quickly carried out my tests, checked my EKG and blood pressure, and ensured I was seen by the doctor without delay. The whole process was efficient and reassuring. I left feeling well taken care of and very satisfied. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality medical attention. The nurses definitely deserve a raise :)

I had the misfortune of needing urgent medical care upon my arrival in Krakow while on vacation. This clinic scheduled me on the same day with an English speaking doctor, Dr. Kozlik-Siwiec. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made proper recommendations and prescriptions that helped manage my symptoms. Fees were very reasonable by North American standards. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kozlik to tourists/foreigners needing medical treatment.

If you are doing X-ray in their clinic be prepared that you will receive only cd 💿 disk with results. They will not give you any document description of the image and also will not print your photos. I’ve asked on reception can they send me photos on my email and they refused and said that this is not acceptable in their clinics. And also during appointment doctor just pointed out on couple of issues on my X-ray but after appointment I also did not get any documents about my issue.
