  I had test which need to be passed every hour for 2 hours, for 3 test samples I had 5 vein punctures, painfully and with bruises afterwards. my laboratory test was ruined, so I had to redo it a week later. had an appointment time, stand for a huge line to the reception to take codes, then stand in the same line to the laboratory and because I needed to wait for a more professional specialist this time, I passed the test 50 min later than my appointment and of course stayed extra 2 hours for the test. Had to excuse myself from work unexpectedly, ruined my day. UNPROFESSIONAL and CHAOTIC in organization. In all that the only thank you I can say to is to one of lady in the laboratory, who tried her best to help me out.

  30 min delay and I am still waiting I went to the reception she said doctor has delay . We can't do anything just wait. So you took time off from work but you can go wait half day for your visit. Very unprofessional service and receptionist. Not to mention the torture you have to face in order to find an appointment. This visit was planned 2 weeks ago. You can die before you are treated with Medicover.

  Today we visited with my 2 year old, paid in advance 275 PLN for consultation with dr Dariusz Okrzeja. They stated he speaks English on the website but in reality not. He talked to us like to a dog and sent us out of his office. We received no service for our baby. This is beneath all that I have ever seen in a private facility! A complaint letter was sent to Medicover management.
