  I was attended on time and by an English speaker doctor. With easy access by the public transportation the clinic offers a good and free parking place as well. It is clean and very well organized.

  We had an appointment (already paid) with our baby and we 15 minutes before our appointment as we had. The machine to confirm the appointment said to confirm at the reception and there was nobody. We couldn’t read the polish note on the desk which said we had to go to another reception. At a point, we found it. The person rebooked us without telling us that we will have to wait 2 more hours. Kind a hard with a little baby and for an appointment that was already made. We picked Medicover, as foreigner , to be able to communicate in English and have all the informations.

  Today, I had an appointment with doctor Agata K.(ophthalmologist) at 17:00 in this clinic, I was there at 17:10 but she refused to see me. I came by car 40 min far away and the road was very crowded, I asked the receptionist I need only two minutes as three weeks ago another doctor prescribed me 4 drops for my eyes but the doctor asked me to see a doctor after three weeks (no sickness only dry eyes). My question to the doctor was only: do I need to continue use all of these drops? But she refused to give any advice. In addition, I asked the doctor personally that I only need two minutes consultation but she still rejected even not in a nice way without any apologies as for my time spent and wait in front of her room! Never saw a doctor who is that much strict about 10 min lateness! Totally inconvenient and not recommend.

  I would like to take this opportunity to thank the medical centre for the attention and care they provide. Over the last few years I have had to go for a variety of reasons to a range of specialists all of whom have treated me with both courtesy and professionalism. This applies too to the attached dentists. First impressions count and it starts from the reception. In this I would like to particularly commend Monika who has seen me and been my "gateway" to the centre many times in her function as a receptionist. She is highly competent with a good sense of humour and light personality that immediately sets the patient at ease. She is proactive in her approach and on more than one occasion has proffered more than one alternative solution or given advice that to be honest is above and beyond the role of a receptionist. It speaks of her character, diligence and professionalism. My experience in the medical centre has always been good and it starts with the reception and Monika personifies exactly what medical care should be and sets in motion everything that follows. Thank you.

  I had an appointment with the doctor at 4:00 pm. I arrived at 15:40 to complete the administrative procedures. I informed the girls at the reception about my arrival. After 40 minutes of waiting at 16-25 I came to the reception to find out where the doctor was. The doctor was late. I asked why I was not told about this before, because I've been in the medical center for 45 minutes. The girl replied that she had no idea whether there was a doctor or not, and she was not obliged to tell me anything. This is a very strange attitude towards customers, unacceptable for me. Knowing thar the doctor was late, I could work online. My time means nothing to the girl from the reception and, of course, I did not receive any apologies, only rudeness. I'm shocked, to be honest. The doctor apologized and in turn the appointment went well.
