I’d like to share a very positive experience at at the reception was incredibly helpful. Even though there were no available appointment slots, he went out of his way to find a solution and managed to book me in. He was patient, professional, and communicated clearly in English, which made everything much easier. Excellent service thank you,

Reason for the 1* is that it's hard to book appointments if you are a private-paying international client, as their receptionists nowadays do not speak English when I phone to book, making it impossible to book in any appointment.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I have a serious skin condition that needs to be diagnosed. After waiting almost a month for the appointment, the doctor refused to see me because she doesn’t speak English. I begged her to help me, explaining that it was my only day off and that my girlfriend could assist as a translator. I’m in pain and need help, yet they still refused to assist me. They gave me another appointment on a day when I no longer have any days off, and I had to travel from another city just for this appointment. One of the worst experiences of my life.

The worst medical health insurance I have ever had. I do not recommned to foreigners to use it as if there is no service by the medicover itself, they will send you to other place where you have to make the appointment by yourself. My question is why do I pay you then? I could make such appointment even without you! The worst customer services ever!!!
