I had a very bad experience with "dr." neffe-kuzka aleksandra at Medicover. I was only 6–7 minutes late to my appointment, in urgent pain, yet she refused to see me twice. Instead of helping, she was careless and started talking about other patients, while my appointment time (20–30 minutes) was still ongoing. This is unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful to patients. Very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this doctor.

I visited this branch after getting a referral from another one. The girl at the reception desk helped us to get an appointment for surgeon. We waited for a maximum half an hour and my friend was able to get a surgery and after 15 minutes he came back smiling. Everything was great at this place even if we didn't speak Polish. Thanks everyone for helping us. Great service.

Very friendly and respectful staff members and the doctors. They speak English also. (Good for foreigners). Both my nurse and surgeon were super kind and friendly and made sure that the procedure was gentle and pain free.

sorry, but Medicover Clinic provides absolutely useless health service, just waste of time and money. I was forwarded multiple times from one doctor to another to receive "consultation" without any real help during 2 months, and finally went to another clinic
