Worst customer service. Last time I complained about doctors mis behavior, this time lady at desk Weronika behaves like if she is forced to sit, annoyed... When I asked information about vaccination appointment ,she replied she is not doctor and I need to ask doctor, I think for appointment she don't need to be doctor, she need to do for what she is sitting at that desk.

Not the best, but not the worst experience with Medicover. Paediatricians here barely know how to speak with toddlers and don't make things easy for parents. Moreover, sometimes it's a whole quest for the doctor to understand what vaccination should be done next. However, the vaccination specialists are always good and very professional.

dentist treatment at this facility is at a very poor quality regardles of the prices you pay. look for other places for dentist treatments as this place is a bit of a joke regarding dentistry. cant recommend at all. either you get your appointment canceled or dentists talk more than actually do their job. avoid at all cost.

Dear Medicover, I have just discovered there are different standards for medical care for children in different cities. Particularly, we are talking about how visits are organized by pediatricians. For example, in Warsaw, sick and healthy children are divided in time to get to the pediatrician (i.e. half of the day are sick children, and the second half of the day are healthy ones). That seems to be quite a reasonable approach. While it is completely differently organized in Wroclaw and also at Tarasy Grabiszynskie: both healthy and sick children have the same time schedule to pediatricians (at same Medicover unit). Off course, they are divided by cabinets (rooms), but same time it means that healthy and sick children are staying in the same queue at the reception, and are spending time together in the corridors of the pediatrician department. Quite a shocking approach :-(( My next questions in connection to the above where I really appreciate getting answers from Medicover: 1) Is it a temporary or permanent solution in Wroclaw to have visits for sick and healthy children organized as described above? There are no Medivover units in the whole of Wroclaw that can provide different hours split for sick and healthy children 2) Why there are different standards for how visits are organized for children in different cities (for example Warsaw and Wroclaw in this case)? Is it allowed by company standards? Especially since we are also talking about the smallest ones (0-6 months old as they require the most care and safest approach) Thank You and waiting to hear about above Kind regards, Yuliya

Don`t be surprised if after procedure you will have to pay for it and noone will alert you about it. In my case I received "Faktura" in a week. Medicover is taking care about your money more than about your health.
