I had a great experience at this Medicover location. I’m especially grateful to the receptionist with short, curly red hair and glasses. She was incredibly helpful and managed to solve my issue quickly and professionally. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to helping patients. Thank you so much 👐

I was here several times and they were all very nice and professional. I don't have any complaints whatsoever. It's kinda surprising that the ratings aren't higher... but I guess it depends on which doctor you get? Overall, the whole place is nice, reception is nice, and I was assigned to good doctors.

the staff and most doctors speak english, been here around 10 times, and only once there was a 15 min line ( for blood tests ) always clean and quiet, doctors are attentive, respectful and everything is always on time. their website is efficient and foreigner friendly :))

You pay a premium service for a poor customer service. In addition very limited English knowledge. We met 3 doctors and only 1 PARTIALLY speaks English
