I honestly don't know where to begin. The building is always clean and tidy, the receptionists are very kind and always available to answer any questions, and most importantly, you can feel such a friendly atmosphere, without any stress or pressure. The doctors always listen with great attention, and it's clear they truly care about their patients. I've never encountered anyone dismissing my concerns or needs – everyone here is treated with respect and empathy, which is worth their weight in gold these days. What was absolutely groundbreaking for me was the approach to procedures. I used to be terrified of having blood drawn, but thanks to the nurses' incredible approach, that fear simply vanished. They are so gentle and supportive that now I come for my tests without any stress. The excellent organization is also a huge plus – there's no endless wait for an appointment; everything is handled efficiently and on time. I wholeheartedly recommend Medicus on Krasnobrodzka Street to anyone looking for professional care with a truly personal touch!

This is my third time using the services of the internist at the MEDICUS Clinic, and I'm incredibly impressed with their approach to patients. I have a MEDICOVER package, and the quality of services offered can be described as "assembly-line approach." I highly recommend them! Excellent staff, medical staff, waiting times, and patient-focused care.

This clinic proves that it's possible to maintain the same standards as commercial services under the National Health Fund (NFZ). Appointments are easily scheduled, and they're always on time. This helps avoid queues and crowds of patients. The staff at the reception desk and in the treatment room are friendly and professional. The primary care physicians I've seen are truly dedicated and interested in their patients and their health – the wonderful Dr. Rafał Serej, mentioned by many here, as well as Dr. Diana Chukas and Dr. Diyora Valieva. I highly recommend them!

Reception is OK, ladies are helpful. I had a Holter monitor installed twice in a month, which causes discomfort in the form of pressure pain and turns on every few minutes, not every 30 minutes as stated, and the average blood pressure is 170 and sometimes 200. I have my Omron 7 and before putting on and taking off the Holter monitor, it's around 130, so I can't live normally, make coffee, brush my teeth, because the slightest movement turns on, pressing and straightening my arm until it hurts, and I have a bruise on my arm.
