scam scam scam I had to cancel my prepaid ( around 100€) appointment ( on tuesday 15.04) , because of my illness. as mentioned, I did it two days before ( on sunday 13.04 via email, because I couldn't reach them via call on the day off) on monday I also gave a call to the receptionist and also provided them the copy of consultation with therapist they agreed to refund my payment, declared to do it in 14 days. today is already one month, and the clinic stopped responding to my requests via email…so I consider it as SCAM

DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID!! I have had an appointment with Dr Lewika the 08.01.25 at 13:40 and when I arrived, reception told me that they tried to call and email me which was not true as I had no missed calls or emails (also not in the spam folder)! As I did come all the way from a different country to have my yearly check-up I have been promised (by 2 guys with long hair and tattoos - they looked more like IT guys...) that a general doctor will prescribe me the drugs I needed for 15:00 (latest 17:00) the same day so that I was able to receive the drugs in an Apteka in Poland. At 15:00 NOTHING has been sent to me, I've tried to call but there was only an answer machine in Polish and I also sent 3 emails to ask what's going on but until today NO ONE did apologise or answer. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. AVOID this centre at all costs!!

I've been asking the clinic for help with my prescription, there's something wrong with it and I can't figure it out by myself. It's been a week, and still, they haven't answered my letters and calls. Sometimes drop when I'm calling. The visit was okay, though. I don't know if the recommendations could be effective because I'm getting worse and can't buy all the prescribed drugs. It seems like a small situation, but it made my impression. I can't get help and need to go to another clinic for a new consultation

I really recommend the clinic and especially Dr. Mariusz Turowski. Doctor Mariusz Turowski is a very experienced surgeon and he also very supportive and polite. A big advantage is that doctor Mariusz Turowski is experienced in proctological ultrasound diagnostic which is necessary in initial diagnostic and treatment assessment. I have done my surgery in the clinic ant it was an outpatient surgery with general anaesthesia. I'm really glad that I have found this clinic and my doctor. All staff in the clinic are polite and easy going. Many thanks to doctor Mariusz Turowski and all the staff in the clinic. I do recommend.

In fact it should be in minus due to the bad behaviour they have got towards their patients. I was cancelled and rebooked 3times and everytime a doctor cancel and I have to wait a whole 2 weeks for another appointment, and when i finally came to the last one, the doctor (Annd Dachor) just shut the door and said she doesn’t speak english ( even though i made sure to book my appointment with English doctor) this is the worst experience I’ve had anywhere in Poland, and I have been to many clinics before. Morale of the this, if you value your time, do not bother calling or coming to this clinic, weather you’re Polish or English. Period!
